Our mission is to provide high-quality, client-centered brand protection services to purpose-driven brands. The Firm prides itself in providing greater access to legal services to traditionally underserved brand owners, particularly women entrepreneurs and creatives of color.

So, we've have left hourly billing behind and decided to offer our clients value-based billing. Meet the
Chief Esquire Officer
Kerline Jean-Louis, Esq.
Kerline is a proud first-generation Haitian-American from Somerville, MA.
She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and creatives gain access to legal tools necessary to secure a solid business foundation, so they in turn can focus on pursuing their passion and purpose. She utilizes her decade of experience as an attorney to assist emerging brand owners secure their legacy by protecting their intellectual assets.
​
Prior to assisting entrepreneurs and creatives protect their brands, Kerline was a litigator representing traditionally underserved clients in criminal defense, immigration, landlord-tenant, special education and child welfare matters. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York.
​
While an undergraduate at Boston College, she served as a Teaching Assistant, Volunteer Mentor, Secretary of the Haitian Association, was a THEA Bowman AHANA Scholar, and on the Dean's List. At Northeastern University School of Law, she served as the Co-Chair of the Black Law Student's Association, was on the Admissions Office's Diversity Advisory Committee, completed the highly competitive process to become a Lawyering Fellow for the Legal Skills in Social Context program, and coached the First Place team in Northeastern University's Inaugural Great Debate competition.
